Overview
Up to 1994 the Beantra still sailed with freight, such as beets, grain and sand. Hereafter the ship has been built by means of the original drawings to a two masted clipper. During construction the ship has been shortened to its original dimension. After the restoration the Beantra has a sociable bar, a kitchen and huts with bedside lamps and central heating, a wash-hand basin with cold and warm water. But above all the Beantra radiates a feeling of space and durability from: exactly those elements of which already so many guests on the IJsselmeer and the Wadden sea have enjoyed.
Interior: 8x two person cabins 4x three person cabins 4 toilets 4 showers central heating, seat on deck, large fair. well equipped kitchen with refridgerator and furnace. Bar with beer tap, radio, cassette, TV.
